Agata uses strictly necessary storage to maintain sessions and preferences. Current Vercel web analytics are aggregated and do not use advertising cookies or track a person across websites.

Agata is being prepared for commercial launch. The publisher's full tax details will be published before paid subscriptions are enabled.

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small pieces of data that a website stores or reads on a device. Agata may also use browser local storage to retain interface preferences.

Technical cookies needed to provide a requested service or remember a choice made by the user do not require the same consent as advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Technologies used

Agata does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking profiles. Active technologies serve operational purposes or user-requested personalisation.

Better Auth session and security cookies: enable sign-in, protect the account, and maintain authenticated access. Their duration depends on session and security settings.
NEXT_LOCALE: retains the selected language for approximately one year.
theme and resolved_theme: remember the visual theme and resolved variant for approximately one year.
sidebar_state: remembers whether side navigation is open for approximately seven days.
Local preference storage: retains certain interface options on the device.

3. Aggregated analytics

Agata integrates Vercel Web Analytics to understand visited pages and aggregated technical metrics. According to Vercel's documentation, it does not use cookies and creates daily identifiers that cannot be reused across websites.

Email addresses, workspace content, personal identifiers, and sensitive parameters must not be sent to analytics. If a future tool requires consent, it will be blocked until you can accept or reject it.

You can remove cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary items may prevent sign-in, preference retention, or correct operation of the service.

Because Agata does not currently enable optional cookies, it does not display a consent banner. This decision must be reviewed whenever a new analytics, marketing, embedded support, or experimentation tool is added.

5. Updates

This policy will be updated when cookies, local storage, or measurement providers change. The effective date identifies the applicable version.
